ABOUT CHADI AL-KURDY

As a graduate in business administration from the University of Kassel, I possess a strong foundation in economics and management. My keen interest in computer science, combined with my diverse skill set, makes me well-suited for my current role as a process improvement specialist at Amazon. My focus on continuous learning and my ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies make me an asset in any professional setting. Currently, as an Process Improvement Specialist at Amazon Logistics, I am responsible for improving and standardizing processes within delivery stations. My main responsibilities include solving complex problems, improving communication and visibility, and monitoring key performance indicators related to delivery success. I have been tasked with contributing to audits, process improvements, and benchmarking initiatives, as well as ensuring that station management understands benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to improve productivity. I have expert knowledge in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other OE tools, as well as strong data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools. My experience in operations management, combined with my proficiency in these methodologies, has allowed me to successfully implement process improvements in real-world scenarios. I have previously worked as an intern at Amazon and as a student assistant at MFK-Global GmbH, where I gained experience in managing teams, implementing small upgrade and integration projects, conducting lean management projects, and ensuring compliance with quality, service, and safety standards. Throughout my professional journey, I have always believed that we are in control of our own destinies and that it is up to us to shape our futures. With this mindset, I have worked hard to gain valuable experience, develop a diverse skill set, and continuously improve my proficiency in the field of process improvement. My passion for this field, combined with my ability to think strategically and pay attention to detail, makes me a valuable asset for any organization. I am confident that my expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC will help me to continue to drive efficiency, improve quality and reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction in my future roles.
