I started my career as a shift supervisor at McDonald\'s and worked my way up to General Manager in multiple locations and relocated to Philadelphia and started in property management, I absolutely loved it. I was quickly promoted to Assistant Property Manager just after a couple months. I relocated back to Minneapolis and decided to go back to leasing and became a sales manager doing a lease-up and was very successful that I was a offered an opportunity in Chicago and took it. It was an amazing experience that got me promoted again. The company sold the assets, and I decided to move in a different direction and now I am doing finance fully remote and working for Hilton in Las Vegas. It\'s been quite the journey, but I have no regrets. My career growth continues.
