Plan and route tours for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice, Monster Jam, Monster Energy Supercross, throughout North America. Responsible for negotiating all arena and stadium contracts for the above productions as well as manage contract negotiation process through the conclusion of each engagement. Provide support to multiple Feld Entertainment departments as the primary liaison to North American venues.Essential Functions:• Assist in developing itineraries for Feld Entertainment tours, in conjunction with Domestic and International Transportation, Event Marketing and Sales, Finance, Consumer Products, Production and many other Feld Entertainment departments.• Increase the product line available for Feld Consumer Products to sell in venues.• Collaborate with Finance, Event Marketing and Sales and Operations for forecasting event P&L.• Intercede with arenas to resolve disputes, improve Feld Entertainment profitability and maximize production values. As the primary liaison with the venues, work with Feld Consumer Products, Operations and Event Marketing and Sales to optimize revenues, leverage opportunities and mitigate the impact of competitive events.• Develop strategic and long-range planning for the North American Tours team to handle the continuing increase in the number of tours and products.• Cultivate venue and industry relationships by representing company at industry meetings and arena/stadium events.
