Review individual engagement ticketing factsheets, provided by the promoters within the Event Marketing & Sales Department, for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and resolve any issues with the appropriate EM & S Manager-Communicate with Tour Operations staff pertaining to production holds, Routing and Tours regarding contracts, and Relationship Marketing relating to email marketing-Generate box office instructions and proof against the approved factsheet-Forward box office instructions to the individual venue box offices and work with the box office staff to resolve any questions they might have. Confirm venue will complete the building of the event in their system within the timeline prescribed-Verify the venue box office ticketing set-up is accurate and consistent with the factsheet relating to on sale dates, standard pricing, discounts, service charges, facility fees, online information and proper sales channels enabled. Make any needed corrections, and re-proof, as necessary. Check offers online as well as ensure that online information is accurate and consistent meeting all company criteria-Effective communication with the necessary parties regarding the timely completion of the event build as it relates to the event going on sale as scheduled-Assist in the setup of third-party partner and Global Partnership offers, as well as Feld Consumer Products online upsells-Other related duties as assigned by the Director, Ticketing Operations and/or Supervisor
