An OBU is the central processing and control system installed on trains that enables communication with trackside infrastructure. It is a core part of the European Train Control System (ETCS). It ensures safe, efficient, and automated train operations by supervising speed, location, and braking commands. Currently, I am responsible for a project in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Hungary and Poland.
