ABOUT CECÍLIA SEABRA
I am a woman on the road to 50 years, who is old with her heart, wearing her head, with two children, four puppies and a cat, LGBTQIAPN+, and working to share and collaborate more and compete less. With three decades of transformation, strategies and knowledge, I have directly impacted more than 250 organizations in all segments, 34 in the last year and nearly people. I am a breeder of Allboarding®, inclusive management strategies and practices for positive impact, and currently, I am multiplying in several careers, among researcher, consultive and speaker, as well as part of the editorial comitte of Retis magazine (Observatorio de las Bechas Digitales, of Fundación Esplai —Spain).
