I am an experienced coach with over 25 years of experience in diagnosing clients’ needs and providing targeted recommendations for individuals who want to make changes in their career, relationships, health and well-being. My philosophy is that both Executive and Personal Coaching are based on a trusting relationship between the coach and client to allow for the individual to achieve his or her goals. I believe that such goals rely on the capacity to go in depth with my clients, aiming at personal self-fulfillment to achieve personal and professional growth. A key element of my work is to maintain constant feedback with my clients to tune in to their objectives and progressively calibrate their strengths to produce the desired outcomes.
