I am currently working as project manager in new product development projects: being responsible for the overall results of the product and technology development in the area of new packages, closure and packaging equipment. During the years I worked on different size of developments currently I am managing two product developments for an yearly budget over 10 Mio€. I have been managing projects both with waterfall process and lately moved to agile way of working.I have started in Tetra Pak within Young Talent Program, a two-year engineering graduate program as project manager. The program consists in different job rotations, in Italy and abroad to provide experience in several different areas I have been working in new product development projects (Italy and Sweden), installation project (Spain) and additional experience in product management organization.
