ABOUT CECELIA K. HOUSER

For leaders, emerging and wanna-be leaders, from individual contributors, through managers and senior executives, executive coaching is a valuable asset to one\'s leadership and professional journey. As founder of C-Change: Executive Coaching Exemplified, Dr. Cecelia Houser brings over 45 years of experience in leadership development programming and executive coaching to benefit her clients. She is dedicated to helping clients build a their leadership capacity through executive coaching and professional development training, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies and executive coaching techniques. Her coachees have represented the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial, advisory and consumer industries as well as non-profits and government. They have ranged in positions from first line/first time managers, to C-suite executives. Formerly with Korn Ferry (13 years), the Center for Creative Leadership (23 years) and Lore International Institute (5 years), she continues her commitment to executive coaching as Founder of C-Change. Her coaching practice extends to mid and senior-level leaders of Fortune 100 companies, small and mid-sized businesses and higher education, including the executive branch for two governors. She is cited in The Power of Peers: How the Company You Keep Drives Leadership Growth and Success (Bottary/Shapiro, 2016) and What Anyone Can Do (Bottary, 2018). She has been an adjunct faculty at Seton Hall University (NJ) in the Master\'s in Strategic Communication and Leadership program, and currently teaches at Rutgers University (NJ) in the Master\'s in Communication and Information program and Indiana University at its Southeast campus in the School of Business. Dr. Houser earned an Ed.D. from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in educational psychology from Montclair State University and a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey.
