I am a director at BSI, a purpose-led organisation that leads the development and embedding of best practice. I have over 25 years of experience in B2C and B2B, spanning multiple industries, regions, and cultures. I am a P&L owner, leading the sales, operations, and delivery teams for the BSI Academy, with a focus on driving growth, digital innovation, and customer delight.I joined BSI in 2011 as global head of brand and public relations, where I led a successful rebranding program and established a global brand function. I then became the UK marketing director in 2014, responsible for the UK marketing strategy and execution across all products and services. In 2017, I was promoted to the commercial director leading the training business through the pandemic and transforming it into a best in class multi channel learning partner. In 2025 I expanded my remit and am now responsible for our commercial training business, the BSI Academy, across EMEA. I am passionate about driving growth, transforming performance, and creating and empowering high-performing teams.
