ABOUT ALEXANDRE CAVEZZA

Curious, passionate, atypical, I take great pleasure in thinking differently to accompany everyone to sublimate his talents. Innovating is making the impossible possible, it is giving life to one\'s dreams. To do this you have to be a well-equipped adventurer; with good technical baggage to be able to evaluate an invention, a good compass (or vision) to give direction and passion to train a team to surpass itself. It was as natural for me to get a PhD in chemistry as 2 french diploma as a pastry/chocolate maker. Innovation is often born at the interface of different fields, hence the importance of cultivating multiple skills. Visionary, I have strongly impacted the L\'Oréal R&I towards more naturalness, more eco-respectful chemistry and using all the predictive models available. The future has proved me right with the blowing of Sustainable Development and Digital in Cosmetics. My self-being led me to animate an expert INRA structure on the analysis of the human microbiota. My mission is to transform this knowledge into concrete industrial applications in the fields of nutrition and health, ultimately saving lives. This job really makes sense to me. So if you want to see the world differently, I offer you my eyes, my quirky and pragmatic mind. My promise: to make you find new treasures.
