ABOUT CAVAN RAMSEY

Hi. I’m Cavan Ramsey, and I have been helping organisations get the most from their large-scale transformation programmes for the last 20 years. Whether that is designing a brand-new transformation programme or getting a programme back on track.I’m passionate about improving poorly run programmes because it drives me mad to see programmes that are not going well and getting frustrated, with the belief that things will not change. ‘It has always been like this’ and ‘it will never change’, are the comments I hear most frequently when I first step into an organisation. Sound familiar? It is my driving force to dispel that myth, and I have decided to devote my professional life to do just that.With some hard work and fresh insight everything, and I mean everything, can change for the better. I have dedicated years of my life to this and the art of continuous improvement predominantly within financial services, and industries such as utilities & telecoms. Many organisations set out with a positive ambitious vision. However, reality soon makes itself known with increasing operating costs, high turnover of staff, and operational capacity not able to cope with demand. Furthermore, in these situations many staff members do not know how or have limited time to set up a program of improvement work to achieve the company’s vision.It is often these situations when my clients pick up the phone and call me in. I work with clients to streamline processes and increase capacity, to help them achieve their shared vision. The approach taken is always pragmatic and shapes to suit each individual client, when helping them to successfully execute their transformation programme.The result is….
