Responsible for raising $2.7 million+ in membership income.• Conceive, plan and manage multi-channel strategies for the cultivation, acquisition, renewal, and stewardship of BBG’s membership households. • Oversee a piece direct mail acquisition campaign and collaborate with marketing and consultants on digital media and email support. • Develop annual budget and monthly tracking reports for income and expenses.• Oversee and assist with processing membership donations in Raiser\'s Edge each year. • Create reports and analyze membership trends, including renewal rates and acquisitions. • Plan and execute member and cultivation events. • Collaborate with visitor services and marketing on increased membership presence throughout the Garden. • Create and oversee a comprehensive membership communications strategy and calendar. • Ensure excellent customer service to the membership base. • Supervise three staff members in a fifteen person development/membership department.
