ABOUT CATHY ERWIN

20 years experience in healthcare & food supplement industries in blue chip companies as well as SMEs (8 years in consumer/digestive health), internationally & in the UK with a more recent focus on launching on-line e-commerce subscription models for prebiotic and probiotic brands for SMEs. •A self-starter (I created & shaped European & Global digital marketing roles from scratch) with strong strategic skills & operational skills in digital marketing & e-commerce. •I have had sole responsibility for creating & implementing a strategic digital marketing strategy at European & global level (based in Paris). As Head of marketing at a small, high growth on-line business (Symprove), I contributed to 50% year on year growth to the business through setting a new digital strategy, leading the roll out of this strategy (which involved a DTC strategy, a Healthcare professional strategy, brand building, creating a new influencer strategy & framework), improving user experience (UX) through a complete website & visual identity re-vamp, creating a new content strategy, re-designing the e-commerce platform & rolling out new business models including customer retention programmes through analysis of customer data. •I am passionate about taking a user centric approach to marketing & have strong knowledge & experience of many aspects of digital marketing as well as leading and developing content for digital training programmes & workshops globally to a 800+global marketing community.
