ABOUT CATHY BRIDGEMAN

I am passionate about improving patient healthcare experiences and outcomes. With over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, I am an Account Manager that focuses on the needs of Healthcare Systems, providers and patients, and consistently deliver results. I am a nurse with a Master of Science (MSN), in Health Systems Leadership, and completed Healthcare Safety and Quality Improvement credential from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). I have extensive experience partnering with Health Systems and healthcare providers in the Western US, through field-based roles, and with National Societies and KOLs through in-house roles. I have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, health system priorities, and payer and contracting influence on treatment trends for IV, Sub-Q, and oral products.I have successfully launched multiple new products and line-extensions. I have significant strategic account management experience, and ability to develop strong relationships with health system decision-makers and healthcare providers, resulting in partnering to operationalize products to support patient access and appropriate utilization. I\'m known for strong collaboration with complex cross-functional teams, and have partnered with various in-house roles and leadership, to meet customer needs and consistently exceed goals.
