Head the Chromatography department within the Oceanside Quality team, contributing to the strategic development and future direction of the QC network- Serve as the primary Chromatography point of contact for Oceanside QC, managing testing, troubleshooting, and method transfer activities- Accountable for the comprehensive execution of Chromatography operations, encompassing PMAP, CE-SDS, IEC, HIC, iCIEFSEC, HILIC Glycan, IP Tests, and DM bulk gas/chemical testing-Collaborate with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and peers to implement robust best practices for Chromatography assays across the network- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Chromatography department, aligning activities with departmental and corporate objectives within specified timelines- Lead and manage all aspects of people processes (organization, staffing, talent/performance management) to achieve strategic and operational goals, setting clear objectives for the team- Cultivate a high-performing team environment characterized by strong communication, urgency, motivation, and a forward-thinking mindset- Drive network activities, alignment, cross-functional planning, and decision-making as a key leader within the Quality Control team- Champion a continuous improvement mindset by embodying PT lean principles and encouraging experimentation and learning within the organization.
