The role within Risk and Compliance involves leading a multi-year, multi-million, HSBC group level change programme. The Programme was mobilised to deliver material improvements to the management of Model Risk in response to regulatory expectations, Internal Audit findings, and management self-identified issues. In addition I lead a team of direct reports; act as the sponsor for the teams Diversity and Inclusion Group; and act as the Strategic Change lead for the Inclusive Europe Employee Relations Group (ERG).
