I am a strategic link between our technical capabilities and our commercial growth. My focus is on delivering tailored solutions to our clients while ensuring our supplier partnerships remain robust and competitive.On the technical side, I work directly with customers to resolve their queries and conduct site visits to discuss and design specific application solutions. I also support our sales team by helping compile detailed proposals, ensuring that every technical detail aligns with the client’s operational requirements.My responsibilities extend into strategic business management, where I conduct market and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of industry trends. I collaborate closely with our Sales Managers to define and profile target customers, and I work with our Director to assess and refine the Exloc supplier portfolio. Additionally, I partner with our Marketing Manager to hone our advertising and promotional activities.Whether I am representing the company at industry exhibitions, delivering presentations—both in-person and virtually—or liaising with our global suppliers, my goal is to drive excellence and foster long-term professional relationships across the board.
