As the founder and lead trainer, I’ve designed and facilitated over a dozen 200- and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, rooted in power vinyasa and informed by the Kriya yoga lineage. My work blends physical rigor with spiritual depth, offering students a pathway to personal evolution and professional excellence.My mission is to develop yoga teachers who embody integrity, teach with clarity, and lead with purpose. I specialize in creating immersive training experiences—both intensive and modular formats—that fuse anatomy, sequencing, subtle body wisdom, Tantric philosophy, and leadership development.Kintsugi means “to mend with gold,” and at the heart of our school is the belief that our brokenness can become our greatest beauty. I carry this ethos into every training, retreat, and mentorship I offer.
