I founded Flint Design Co. in 1993 to help premium CPG companies grow to the next level by leveraging the power of their brand story. I believe the brand is at the center of the company and is the source of tangible and measurable growth. For any package to resonate with buyers, challenge the category leaders, and sustain sales velocity, it must connect beyond product benefits. I create meaningful brand identities, which are deeply rooted in the company story, values, mission, and vision, expressed through cohesive design programs.
