My ICF Accredited Coach Development and Mentoring Programme is designed specifically to develop your coaching skills to gain or renew your credential with the International Coaching Federation. I don’t try to mould you into a particular style of coaching. I focus on nuturing you as a coach. Using my - ™ we focus on understanding what good coaching actually looks and feels like rather than teaching you to perform for assessment. We explore the ICF Core Competencies in depth so they become embodied rather than theoretical, strengthening both your coaching and your readiness for credentialing so your coaching feels the same whether you’re being assessed or not.My mentees have a %- and they leave with a deeper trust in themselves as professional coaches.🟠 You\'re a senior leader who is highly accomplished and outwardly successful. You know there\'s something missing but you don\'t want more advice, another framework, or someone telling you what to do next.
