I love all things food & drink! Experienced marketer in the restaurant industry with a franchise system. I am passionate about the guest experience and love the challenge of developing a marketing plan that drives my brands forward & creates new growth opportunities while also supporting a network of franchise owners and each of their individual businesses. I work very closely with Operations, Purchasing, IT, our marketing technology partners & external vendors because anything that marketing plans will not succeed without alignment and understanding among every relevant part of the business. I am rarely without a smile on my face and have been recognized with 2 MTY Excellence Awards for Dedication (Q1 2021 & Q4 2022), as nominated by my colleagues. I run a successful side hustle, Sugar Baking, creating custom cakes, cookies and cupcakes. I have been featured in Toronto Life & BlogTO in the past but what has really allowed my business to grow has been the constant referrals and recommendations from my existing client base. I love being a part of life\'s big and small celebrations. Creating the perfect dessert to compliment any celebration brings me so much joy!
