ABOUT CASSIE HARTLEY
I have a wealth of experience delivering projects in a variety of industries including, defence, local government, construction, oil and gas, and water. The size and scope of these range from a £17m design and build of tooling for a highly regulated industry delivered in a year, to a bespoke data management system for a small local government department.It was the opportunity to work in agile environments with ecx.io and IBM that attracted me to my current role and I have already been able to leverage my experience managing multiple projects for a major international manufacturer to successfully deliver complex digital commerce projects across Europe in demanding environments juggling numerous senior stakeholders and complex technical and market needs.The role has also included being able to effectively coordinate a number of technical teams to ensure that disparate business requirements are consolidated into a clear delivery pipeline to enable the wider business to successfully move forward.
