Operational Management:Ensure optimal service delivery and that SLA’s and KPI’s are constantly achieved.Be available to deal with Senior Management or Customer enquiries and escalations.Recommend sales activities and assist in their deployment.Controls costs lines in order to meet budgetary requirements.Develop best practice procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent compliance to customer and company procedures.Provides specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure consistent approach and adoption of behavioural competencies.Acts as a role model for Computacenter.People Management and Development:Manage the workflow and resources of the team to meet Computacenter’s contractual obligations.Coach, develop and motivate the team and team members to achieve their full potential.Manage the sickness, vacation and training levels within the team in order to optimise productivity and quality standards.Conduct and participate in the recruitment, selection and induction process.Ensure that all staff comply with all company department and customer policies and procedures, to include being available to help address personal issues that may affect performance at work.Develop and agree personal development plans for all staffCustomer Management:Ensure customer requirements are met and addressed in a timely and effective manner.Be available to deal with Customer enquiries and escalations.Attend regular Service Reviews with Customers and be willing to travel meet these requirements,Identify and deliver Sale opportunities.
