ABOUT CASSANDRA QUINTANA
I’ve always loved two things: marketing and tech.I studied marketing, communication, and advertising. At first, I thought I’d end up in a creative agency, pitching bold ideas to big brands. And I did that, for a while. But somewhere along the way, I became obsessed with the more digital and technical side of marketing, especially SEO and content. The patterns. The systems. The idea that data could shape stories. That’s what pulled me deeper into the world of tech.Over the last few years, I’ve worked in tech-driven companies with very different audiences, from employee experience platforms to Microsoft and Meta partner organizations. Somewhere between building campaigns and experimenting with AI tools, I realized something: this is my sweet spot. I wasn’t just doing marketing with AI. I was also marketing AI. And it lit me up.Because while my heart belongs to strategy, storytelling, and brand, I’ve always had a head wired for technology. The more I used AI in my day-to-day work, from content creation to positioning to campaign building, the more I noticed something. Most marketers weren’t using it wrong. They just weren’t sure how to use it at all. They didn’t need more tools. They needed a better way to think. That got me curious about the gaps, the skills, the messy middle where human creativity meets machine speed. And I haven’t stopped since.I’ve worked across sectors, led multi-disciplinary teams, and helped brands go from “what are we even saying?” to clear, confident content that converts. I still love the craft. I still get excited about a good headline. But now, I’m just as curious about how we scale great marketing without losing what makes it good in the first place. If you\'re navigating that same space. creative, strategic, a little nerdy, and trying to make sense of it all. we’ll probably get along.
