I’m a Technical Program Manager and engineering-minded operator who thrives at the intersection of technology, delivery, and organizational alignment. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built and led program management offices, SRE teams, and large-scale initiatives across SaaS, cloud, IoT, automotive, and regulated industries.I love bringing structure to ambiguity, whether that’s introducing roadmap frameworks, designing data-driven reviews, or guiding engineering and product teams through growth and change.At GM Commercial Software, I built a distributed PMO from scratch, led a portfolio of API and data platform programs, and implemented Amazon-style business reviews that improved visibility and risk mitigation across global teams. Previously at Jama Software, I grew an SRE team that supported ~$40M ARR and delivered SOC 2 compliance initiatives.Recently, I’ve been exploring how AI and modern observability tools can enhance program management and engineering operations, from AI-assisted roadmap planning and risk detection to knowledge graphing for documentation.
