Enabling others to focus on producing their best work is my favorite problem to solve! The final goal is composing a set of processes, tools, systems, and automations that together forms an optimal environment for individuals to deliver on their expertise. In practice, this leverages my experience in software engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure with a preference for learning something new in order to deliver a better end product and experience.
