As a Growth Associate at RevGyn, I work closely with founders and leadership teams to help them gain clarity around growth priorities and turn strategy into execution. My role supports client engagements across growth planning, go-to-market efforts, and operational alignment.I assist with research, analysis, and preparation of strategic materials that help leaders make informed decisions and move initiatives forward. This includes evaluating markets and competitors, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the development of systems and processes that enable more focused, sustainable growth.Internally, I collaborate with senior advisors and team members to improve workflows, support client delivery, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives. The role has given me exposure to a wide range of industries and business models while building hands-on experience in growth strategy, operations, and execution.
