As an HR Operations Specialist, I partner with senior leaders across Human Resources—including the HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, and Talent & Culture teams—to drive operational efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support enterprise-wide HR initiatives.I lead and support the development, implementation, and improvement of programs and processes that increase productivity, reduce costs, and foster continuous improvement across the organization. My work includes:Managing day-to-day operational needs while advancing strategic goalsProviding structure and project management support for workflow transformation and operational initiativesCollecting and analyzing data to inform operational decision-making and quality improvementsPreparing reporting and documentation for compliance, metrics, and progress monitoringCollaborating with leaders across Michigan to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective execution of HR initiativesI currently support two VPs of HR—one based on Michigan’s East Side and one on the West Side—helping bridge efforts across regions and ensuring smooth execution of organizational priorities.
