Update/design marketing materials to ensure branding and content is consistent with the agency’s mission- Create and send email blasts via Mailchimp to subscribers, highlighting agency and county board updates - Create and upload monthly internal communications videos to promote access to relative information- Assist with marketing communications for agency events (internal and external)- Collaborate with the Community Relations Manager to coordinate and facilitate individual volunteer or group volunteer activities/projects with community organizations- Maintain inventory of marketing giveaway items used at outreach events and coordinate quarterly Deepwood Store promotions and pickup/delivery of ordered items- Manage social media efforts with content creation across several platforms
