ABOUT CAROLYN BECK

My Masters degree in leadership and development helps guide me in finding the best ways to motivate all types of people- teaching all how to organize life and find healthy habits that stick. I am passionate about the uniqueness of everyone\'s journey in life and the authenticity of all. I have a passion for organization and improving processes. I enjoy finding effective ways to track progress, organize data, and create a plan. I\'ve applied this in recruiting, budget management, statistics, calendaring, and many other day to day requirements from being a program leader. I am an effective communicator and enjoy challenging myself to learn new techniques. I thrive under deadlines, and have established phenomenal time management skills. I have coached Crossfit since 2018, specifically working with youth and elderly athletes on finding fitness activities that assist them in being able to live and move successfully. After earning my Medical Exercise Specialist Certification, I have the ability to develop fitness programs for people who have recovered from injuries and illnesses- but are working with limitations.I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals through physical activities, healthy life habits, and building mental health as a priority.During my time as a college coach, I had the opportunity to be involved in multiple roles- inside and outside of the athletic department. I serve as an advisor for a Student Leadership group, compliance assistant, interim assistant athletic director, helped establish our Diversity and Inclusion program on campus, as well as many other committees for the development of our campus.
