Lead Associate @Booz Allen Hamilton

I started as a Client Facing Recruiter for the Defense Intelligence Group through Pontoon Solutions, a contracting agency, from August 2016- April 2017. In this role, I supported our Navy Marine Corps teams in the DC and MD offices. In April of 2017, I converted to an Associate as a full time employee for Booz Allen where I supported our core corporate team, known as the Enterprise Solutions Group. In this role I supported hiring for our finance, accounting, security services, program control operations, learning and development teams. In April of 2018, I took an opportunity with our Learning and Development team to work directly with and support of our Learning and Development Global Director. In this role for our Global Director, I took on many tasks across the team; provided marketing and communications support for various functions across the team; supported firmwide activities for performance management, assisted with onboarding new hires, helped contributed to improving our employee experience, assisted with sharing our functional development learning programs offered to employees globally on a weekly basis, and other day-to-day operational activities. I also took on coordinating our leadership meetings, as well as, our team wide meetings and events. In addition, I put together our external marketing strategy where we won multiple industry awards and were recognized by CLO Magazine, Brandon Hall Group, ATD and Training Magazine. In June of 2019, our Cyber team offered me an opportunity to return to Talent Acquisition where I supported and partnered with the best in the cyber community for Central MD! In 2021, I was brought back to our corporate TA team and supported both internal teams and client facing teams like our ARMY and AEROSPACE clients for the firm. In June 2023, I was selected for a leadership opportunity to lead our Talent Acquisition team in the Central U.S. regions consisting of 24 states across functions and programs.
