I\'ve spent the last 15 years dedicating myself to the fields of PR and communications in fast-paced start-up environments where relationship building and organic growth strategies are critical to fostering community engagement and influencing brand reputation. Alongside regular contributions as a freelance journalist (CarolineGault.com), as well as agency experience, I\'ve led communications strategies with local, national and international reach; managed cross-functional and stakeholder relationships; worked closely with CEOs on strategy and media opportunities; and measured and reported on strategic outcomes. I\'ve also learned to leverage the talents of contributors to achieve project goals under tight timelines and within budget.
