ABOUT CAROLINE OGONOWSKI
Caroline Ogonowski is the Director of Communication at Edesia Nutrition. Edesia a non-profit social enterprise that makes life-saving ready-to-use foods that are used in the treatment and prevention of child malnutrition in humanitarian crises around the world. Prior to joining Edesia, Caroline worked as a team lead at the U.S. Agency for International Development in the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. In this role she worked around the globe on natural disasters and complex crises including Ebola outbreaks in West and Central Africa, complex emergencies in Ethiopia, Nigeria and Venezuela, drought in the Horn of Africa, hurricanes across the Caribbean, and the recent earthquake in Haiti. Caroline has a BA and MA from Boston College. She recently moved to Maine and travels to RI and DC often in this role.
