ABOUT CAROLINE MOLUF
I found my passion for being an entrepreneur from my grandfather. I started my career in strategic planning and operations for health systems. In 2019, I co-founded the ventures arm for The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and fell in love with the startup world. After spinning out several successful companies, a door opened for me to run an Entrepreneurial Company, The Skin Clique, as COO. We built the company from the ground up. I wore every hat in the business. As we added team members and built a leadership team, we only increased complexity. Chaos ensued and we needed a solution, fast. A mentor gave me a copy of \"Traction\" by Gino Wickman and I knew the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) was our answer.With EOS, we scaled the company from $2M to $15M in three years. I loved the EOS tools so much, I decided I had a bigger impact to make on the world – to share EOS with entrepreneurs, to help them get what they want from their business, like we did. I pursued my passion and became a Professional EOS Implementer.I feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be professionally – which makes me a better mom and wife.
