As a senior executive leader, I bring strategic clarity and operational efficiency to one of Aotearoa’s most pressing challenges: delivering better housing outcomes for more New Zealanders.Currently leading the Housing Delivery Group at Kāinga Ora, my goal is to increase efficiency and lower the cost of housing delivery across the country – so that we can reach more people, faster, and with better results.To get there, my leadership focuses on aligning public and private systems to drive long-term funding and infrastructure success. I believe there is huge potential in strengthening the relationship between Aotearoa’s private and public sectors.
