Support CRM and omnichannel marketing initiatives to drive engagement and sales. Oversee CRM system setup and optimization, manage customer data and segmentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tools and campaigns-Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across email, social, and web channels. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing outcomes-Assist with tradeshow and event marketing, including social promotion, printed materials, lead follow-up, and HubSpot workflows. Support coordination to ensure brand-aligned execution-Build and maintain a case study library. Identify content gaps, promote stories via LinkedIn, email, and Pendo, and improve accessibility for sales teams-Develop and update HubSpot email sequences for sales enablement, ensuring personalization, testing functionality, and alignment with brand tone-Contribute to the summer content calendar with campaign ideas, seasonal themes, and product update promotion-Manage LinkedIn and Pendo company updates—drafting, publishing, and optimizing posts based on performance data-Maintain sales collateral, including SmartCert slides and one-pagers, ensuring consistency with branding and product positioning-Coordinate internal blog contributions, manage submissions to partners, and amplify content on LinkedIn-Manage the “Cooking Up Quality” LinkedIn campaign, including planning, drafting copy from internal voice memos, coordinating review, publishing, and tracking performance.
