The key is clarifying your vision, creating a plan that matches your vision, and implementing that plan to generate long-term success for the business.As a lifelong relationship builder, I specialize in leveraging my network and strategic leadership ability to influence change and drive business outcomes as both a corporate executive and a board member. Spending more than two decades serving in strategic leadership roles, I focus on helping organizations scale, driving transformational strategy, and shifting company culture.As an immigrant and self-made woman, I personally understand how bridging conversations around the need for equity, a solid education, and access to a viable career can impact our communities and the people within them. After being an educator in the toughest part of Los Angeles, I transitioned into educational leadership and continued to work in larger non-profits to focus on the divide and the growth of inequities. I am passionate about changing the conversations around creating equity, improving diversity at all levels within the organization, and helping people become leaders.
