Leadership and oversight for the development of the company\'s Integrated Report, in compliance with ISSB and aligned with reference frameworks such as IR, TCFD, SASB, and GRI.• Management of consolidated sustainability metrics at the corporate level (10 countries), integrated into Workiva\'s sustainability module (+3,900 data points, 200 collaborators).• Coordination of external assessments for investors and indexes of the Mexican Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange (Corporate Sustainability Assessment – ​CSA of S&P Global, CDP, FTSE, MSCI, Morningstar Sustainalytics, ISS-ESG).• Multidisciplinary work with the company\'s various teams, supporting the progress of objectives, projects, and strategies around the strategic sustainability framework: water management, climate action, circular economy, product portfolio, human rights, diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, sustainable sourcing, community development, ethics, governance, and organizational culture.• Integration of sustainability into the company\'s culture through communication and training strategies and campaigns at all levels of the organization.
