ABOUT CAROLINA MÄDER

14 years\' experience in Marketing, Growth & related areas. Throughout my career I have worked in several areas. I started out as a project manager in a digital ad agency working closely with web engineers. Then I moved to other agencies, but with another perspective, focused on awareness and overseeing 360º campaigns for many major clients, including Unilever, Pernod Ricard, and Budweiser, which was when I helped develop the first Cannes Gold Lion for Ambev and the first Grand Prix for AB InBev. After 10 years working for agencies, I decided to shift and work from the client side, but I was looking for something different where I could contribute and learn. So that’s when I entered the area of direct to consumers, where I’m now the head of Strategy at Zé Delivery, an AB InBev company. MARKETING & DIGITAL SKILLSET • Growth strategy & communication; • Experience in digital, focused on growth & project management; • Customer-centric strategy focused on learning agenda; • Media strategy analyses and understanding, as formats and vehicle specifications; • Design, UX, Corporate Communication, Publishing and Social Media supervision; • Integrated campaigns (offline and online) delivering a consistent brand communication; • Management of day-to-day accounts with clients and their suppliers; • Development of briefing, budget estimative, scopes and schedules; • Working closely with advertising film productions, interfacing with Film Producers and going on shoots.
