Provide technical and clinical support in the operating room for trials and implants of spinal cord stimulators and targeted drug delivery systems for the treatment of pain and spasticity • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory to maintain optimum level of exposure with effective time management • Ensure access to all products, device selection, troubleshooting, programming and testing of all device systems following FDA and other regulatory guidelines • Educate physicians and clinical staff on patient selection and technical matters of our products and therapies • Assist in enrollment of patients, case scheduling and patient management throughout the trial and implant phases, including patient and physician follow ups • Improve patient outcomes through patient education and medical staff interaction • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of device complaint reporting as required by regulatory agencies and following corresponding labeling and literature • Manage inventory at sites to include shipments, usage and return of product • Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with sales reps and managers, and provide feedback on device features and new device development • Assess and evaluate market and competitive products and industry trends to develop and deploy key messages and communication strategies to current and new accounts • Maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge • Training, education and professional development of new employees
