I work closely with L&D and sales leaders to understand their challenges, shape tailored learning solutions and ensure everything we deliver creates measurable impact. Key areas of my work include: • Client Collaboration – Partnering with L&D and HR leaders to design solutions aligned with business goals. • Programme Design & Quality – Overseeing the design and delivery of development programmes that span early-career, sales, management and leadership levels. • Coaching & Facilitation – Staying actively involved in programme delivery to ensure learning connects with real workplace challenges.
