ABOUT CAROL-ANN LOREE

I am a passionate, team-oriented business professional with over 20 years of experience. I have a diverse background and skill set that includes, but is not limited to, facility management, event execution, project management and customer service. Utilizing the most up-to-date technology and other innovative concepts, my focus is on achieving an unforgettable experience for both the client and the customer. I have extensive experience working with amateur sports teams, concert promoters, special events, ticket distribution companies and all levels of internal and external stakeholders. I am experienced in all areas of primary ticketing; box office operations, online, call centre, outlet, tenant teams, audience engagement and customer loyalty. I am well-versed in both Paciolan and Ticketmaster software programs. During my career, I have been instrumental in helping to open up two new sports and entertainment facilities in Ontario; The Sleeman Centre in Guelph and the Tribute Communities Centre in Oshawa (consistently ranking at or near the top in our size category for both Venues Today and Pollstar). Highly organized, with a strong business background, I am well versed in budgeting and financial controls and have a proven record of strong management, leadership and coaching skills. My excellent verbal and written communication skills have enabled me to draft policy and procedure manuals and implement training for box office staff that focus on empowering my staff as well as exemplary customer service. I enjoy making other people’s lives easier by creating resources to help reduce their frustration while increasing their efficiency. I am committed to finding the best solutions for both the client and the customer to create that ultimate experience!
