Lead development engineers who assist with platform optimization, Cloud architecture planning and deployment, application maintenance, and vendor management. • Manage all aspects of implementation as it relates to technical delivery including resources, plan, schedule, and budget reporting. • Partner with business and technology to drive solutions from design to deployment. • Lead the delivery of projects across the IT portfolio, works with projects sponsors, process owners & business relationship manager to develop, deliver and productionize IT infrastructure, and implementations.• Manage work through daily huddles, regular meetings, Agile Ceremonies, Backlog reviewing and planning, daily Stand-Up meetings etc.• Maintain and track the progression of work (e.g. schedule, task list, action, etc.).• Ensure all action items are captured and followed up on and closed. • Escalate, as necessary, when they identify an issue/risk and are unable to resolve within context of huddle or if it has material impact on schedule, budget, etc.• Produce, maintain, and deliver project status reports and held regular stakeholder meetings. Reports provide how key activities are tracked (e.g. schedule, budget, OCM, etc.) and early awareness of any issues or risks that will change project status and opportunity to provide input/approve plans.• Facilitate both Governance Committee and Steering Committee meetings to share updates and solicit approvals to proposed activities across pillars.
