With solid experience at the forefront of industrial engineering, my career unfolds on two fronts that empower each other: leading quality and continuous improvement strategies in world-class manufacturing environments, and shaping the next generation of engineers from the university classroom.As a Quality Manager, my mission is to translate strategic objectives into robust and efficient systems. I lead cross-functional teams to implement and sustain a proactive quality culture, optimizing processes through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ensuring compliance with the highest standards. My focus is not just on solving problems, but on building systems that prevent them, directly impacting cost reduction, efficiency gains, and maximum customer satisfaction.Concurrently, as a Professor at the Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, and Continuing Education levels, I have the privilege of bringing theory into practice. I translate complex concepts of quality, operations, and project management into applicable knowledge, preparing students for the real challenges of the industry.
