Saipem –Saudi Aramco ‐Marjan Development Program (TGP)‐Package 10 – ARABIA SAUDITA EPC activities for Thermal Oxidation Package and Reducing Gas Generator-Incinerator and WHB/Steam Drum FEED activities for Norilsk S02 Recovery Plant-Supply of Fired heater package including FGS, BMS and loose instrumentation for KJO Saudi Aramco-Tubolar Reformer mechanical completion site activities Methanol Plant Emethanex Egypt.Manage of the whole supply during EPC phase including review of vendor documentation, visit at Vendor workshop to monitor the fabrication activities and witness final tests.Review of technical contractual documentation identifying all technical requirements/ Design codes to be applied and Contractual obligation to be considered for the EPC Projects development.Schedule definition of all engineering activities to be carried out for the projectInteraction with Procurement Dept. for the selection and purchase of various items with the aim to keep the contractual delivery time as well as the budget.Coordination of engineers involved in the project (including colleagues located in Mumbay) carrying out detailed engineering works : Issue of Material Requisition for bid inquiry, Bids evaluations and Technical negotiations with vendors, follow up and Review of vendors documentation.KOM and further necessary meetings with vendors ( including Hazop ), Review meeting with Final Client.Coordination with the other technical disciplines ( process, piping, civil, instrumental and electrical) to integrate the package supply with the whole plant.Monitor the engineering progress and develop recovery plans where required and ensure plans made are implemented.Assistance during inspection and tests of various items, erection / commissioning and start up on site.
