Selected Experiences:• Developed a customized, agile enablement plan for a consolidation of four Salesforce organizations within the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting sector. Conducted workshops to construct a future-state vision, identify impacted stakeholders and their associated pain points, and assess the unique challenges and readiness of the various product lines affected by the acquisition with the goal of establishing a standardized and unified organization.• Led a team of instructional designers to prepare and upskill stakeholders impacted by the global implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, OMS, and Service Cloud. Worked closely with the project’s Change Management team and third-party vendors to ensure appropriate support, information, and training were administered.• Administered an enablement program for a Salesforce multi-cloud transformation (Sales, Service, Field Service, Revenue and Marketing Cloud) that redesigned the end-to-end business operations from marketing to revenue recognition as well as designed and implemented a blended training program for Marketing Cloud stakeholders.
