As the sole designer on the project. I own the project end-to-end, doing user research, UX, UI, Visual Design working closely with the emergency services teams across the UK (Police, Ambulance and Fire services) to help design an app to support custom fixed vehicle devices across a fleet of vehicles that deliver safety at its core whilst combining all appliances in one place. • Engage with all Police/Fire user groups across the UK to help understand requirements and gain confidence across the full user group before the product is complete and ready to roll out. • Wireframing – (Full Flow) and building a prototype with (Partial Flow) before reengaging with user groups for feedback to support the final product. • Looking at commercial opportunities developing the product into a SaaS-based model to mature the product in other sectors and markets with combining technologies.
