ABOUT CARL DAVISON

Worked within Finance/Payroll department for approximately fifteen years, started out as a junior payroll administrator during my first three years at Greggs, then moving my skills/knowledge to Computacenter, where I worked for two years as a Financial Analyst - I was heavily involved with SAP ERP migration in 2011/2012 which is where I picked up my extensive SAP HR knowledge. I then worked for Pearson PLC for three & half years from late 2012 to December 2015 as a payroll administrator before returning to Computacenter in December 2015 as their Senior Financial Analyst Previously I worked as a volunteer Special Constable for the Metropolitan Police Service for two years, based out of Enfield/Edmonton Confident at manually calculating tax & NI, heavily involved in the daily processing / reporting / reconciliations and month end running of monthly payroll within the business. Deal with third parties & employees on a daily basis answering any queries with regards to payments or salary. HMRC payments for all business, payments in excess of £150mil per annum, payments raised also include Class 1A (P11d) and annual PSAs Payroll includes 4,500 employees, processing LTIP/PSP(shares), hypo calculations, main contact for global mobility within payroll High excel experience running vlookups, if statements, pivot tables on detailed reports when running SAP ad hoc queries/wage type statements Confident user on SAP HR, with a great deal of SAP knowledge, both payroll & HR - able to produce detailed reports for business partners / running monthly cost analysis and payment/deduction reporting. Confident within the team I currently sit in, good team player as well as working individually when required and I\'m able to help assist other team members & help with training should this be required.
