I am a professionally trained and experienced leader with extensive command experience and an excellent track record of delivering extremely safe and efficient operations and projects. In my current role, I am responsible for safeguarding all personnel on the installation, ensuring that the vessel remains seaworthy, and delivering optimal client satisfaction while engaged in our missions. Our missions are the construction of ultra-deepwater wells in offshore locations for our clients through a series of complex tasks and operations carried out by multinational teams with intra-disciplinary skillsets. I work with project-orientated methodology, am formally trained in project management and I am proficient in creating high-performing teams, identifying risks and gaps, planning work packages, executing the tasks and monitoring progress, completing projects, and debriefing the result outcomes for future learning. As a personable and collaborative leader, I am intrigued by human behavior, leadership, accountability, responsibility, effecting change, and developing new positive behaviors.
